Having grown up in diverse communities ourselves, we understand the importance of representation, relatability, and respect. We are committed to providing culturally appropriate support in every session, from the language we use to the way we deliver our programmes.

Our approach is built on rapport, relevance, and results. We engage young people through practical learning — such as music, sports, and creative workshops — backed by academic reinforcement and strong emotional support. Every session is designed to be inclusive, engaging, and culturally sensitive.
Courtney Cuffy
Executive Director
With over a decade of experience in youth work, fitness, customer service, and DJing, Courtney brings a wealth of leadership, SEND expertise, and community passion. A qualified Forest School Instructor and BSL Level 1 certified, he’s committed to supporting holistic development in every student.
Kelvin Wood
Co-Executive Director
A UK DJ/Producer with over 66 million streams and an ARIA Award nomination, Kelvin combines global music success with educational commitment. He brings 3+ years of direct SEND experience in schools and has worked across national and international music platforms, empowering students through creativity.
